There are two ways to change a user's password in UseMyStats. First, the user can change their own password. Start at the login page, and click the "Forgot" tab.
Enter the email address that you use to log in to UseMyStats. It has to be the email address associated with your account for the password reset to be successful. Then click the "Request Password Change" button.
Check your email address for an email from UMS Support. It should look something like this:
Now open the email and click the link inside.
You're now directed to a page where you can enter your new password.
After saving the new password, go ahead and log in!
Now for the second way to reset a password. If you're a consultant, or have permission to access and control a sub-client's account, you can change their password for them. Start by clicking on "More" and then "Users".
Click the wrench to the right of the user who's password you're going to reset.
Now, enter the new password and a second time to confirm, then click save.
If you find you don't have access to change the password, contact your company's UseMyStats site admin to check your permissions.
That's all there is to it!
